1.Jiangsen Control – Manufacturing Base：

Jiangsen Control has three manufacturing bases (two in Wuxi and one in Guangzhou) and an Asia-Pacific Technical Research and Development Center located in Wuxi.

Asia-Pacific Technical Research and Development Center (Wuxi) – Focused on Asia, Innovation, and Boundlessness

The Asia-Pacific Technical Research and Development Center in Wuxi is dedicated to innovative research and development. It serves as the cradle for environmental system research and a regional center for multidisciplinary product development. With over 200 experienced solution experts and design engineers, it has developed and provided many innovative solutions for the Asian and international markets since its establishment in 2004. Additionally, Jiangsen Control actively collaborates with universities, design institutes, and industry associations in China to conduct research and development in HVAC and refrigeration products and technologies.

Equipped with advanced information management systems, performance testing laboratories, and Six Sigma design tools, the Asia-Pacific Technical Research and Development Center continuously innovates to provide green solutions and reduce carbon footprints while meeting customer requirements. It has conducted extensive research and development and has been accredited and praised by international organizations such as CNAS, ILAC, AHRI, 150, EUROVENT, CRAA, and others.

Wuxi Factory – Manufacturing in Wuxi, Applied Globally

The Wuxi factory in China is one of the largest manufacturing facilities globally. Since 2001, it has held the largest market share in China for large chillers. It was the first factory in China to produce and test 4000-ton centrifugal chillers. The Wuxi factory seamlessly integrates YORK® variable frequency drive systems, ice storage refrigeration chillers, and Jiangsen Control’s Metasys® building management systems to meet various energy-saving requirements.

Established in 1996, the Wuxi factory covers an area of 60,000 square meters and employs over 1200 staff. It has four production lines producing chillers ranging from 80 to 5500 tons, YORK® industrial chillers, and customized solutions for refrigeration, cooling, and gas compression.

With advanced production equipment including CNC plasma cutting machines, forming and arc welding machines, computerized and CNC drilling machines, and nine performance testing devices, the factory ensures a continuous focus on quality.

To meet the growing global demand for high-quality solutions, the factory expanded its premises to 18,000 square meters, enhancing its research capabilities and significantly increasing its production capacity.

Guangzhou Factory – Solution-Oriented Production

The Guangzhou factory of Jiangsen Control was established in 1995 and covers a total area of 88,512 square meters, employing over 900 staff.

The production lines in the Guangzhou factory operate in two shifts, producing various specifications and shapes of fan coil units. The factory manufactures residential and commercial air conditioners, including split air conditioning units, ducted air conditioning units, fan coil systems, all-air handling units (AHUs), air-cooled chillers, heat pumps, and various water-cooling units and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) air conditioning units.

The Guangzhou factory implements order-based production planning, with production capacity steadily increasing at a rate of 25% while continuously improving. It aims to meet the growing demand in China’s market while also expanding beyond China’s borders.
