1.Introduction to Hefei Peidun Storage Project:
Hefei Peidun Storage Technology Co., Ltd. was jointly invested and established by Shenzhen Great Wall Development Technology Co., Ltd., National Large Fund Phase II, Hefei Economic Development Industrial Investment Promotion Fund, and Zhongdian Juxin. The construction of the Hefei Peidun storage project commenced in March of this year, with the main plant topping out in June, the first batch of equipment being moved in October, and formal production commencing in December, achieving production in the same year as construction. The total investment in the project is approximately 10 billion yuan, with phased investment and construction. The first phase mainly engages in integrated circuit packaging testing and module manufacturing businesses, conducts research and industrialization of advanced packaging technologies. After the first phase of the project reaches production, it is expected to achieve a monthly production capacity of 100,000 dynamic storage wafer packaging tests, 20,000 flash wafer storage packaging, and 2.5 million memory module production capacity per month.

On October 27 last year, Shenzhen Science and Technology released its third-quarter performance announcement, stating that it achieved operating income of 12.268 billion yuan in the first three quarters, a year-on-year increase of 16.04%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 517 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.92%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 148 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 59.02%.
